Booking enquiries
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, travel dates, group size and preferences. Transfer enquiries also include pick-up and drop-off details, time and flight or train number. Children’s ages help the team assess suitable activities and prices. Please do not include passport details, payment information or other sensitive information in the message.
When you choose “Send enquiry”, this information is sent to Magic Lapland’s existing enquiry service, hosted using Google Apps Script, for the team to respond. The service opens in a new browser tab and shows its own response. This static website cannot read that cross-origin response and does not claim that the enquiry was received. Check the service’s response before submitting again. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Newsletter requests
When you request a subscription, your email address and consent are sent to the same enquiry service so the team can process your request. Check the enquiry service’s response in the new tab to confirm receipt. This website does not claim that an automated newsletter subscription has been activated. To withdraw a subscription request or ask to stop receiving messages, email info@magiclapland.fi.
Browser storage and tracking
This website does not load analytics or advertising trackers. Cookie preferences are stored only when you choose to save them, in your browser under magiclapland.privacy.v1. The record contains the preference version, necessary-storage choice and save/expiry times. It expires after six months and can be removed using the preferences panel. No enquiry details are stored in browser storage.
Hosting and external services
The server handles the network information needed to deliver pages and submit requests. Technical hosting logs and records received by Google’s service are managed by the relevant operators. External social links, WhatsApp, email applications and downloadable files operate outside this website. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.
